Error description

Something has changed in WebSphere Application Server V7, and
now the WebSphere Application Server plugin which contains the
marshall jar needs to implement an extension point as well as
provide a 'protectedclasses.policy' file for these classes.
In the most recent trace, instead of NoClassDef for
com/ibm/etools/marshall/util/MarshallStringUtils, there's a NCDE
for com/ibm/etools/marshall/util/ConversionUtils. However, both
of these utility classes are present in the same marshal.jar
file.

Local fix

Made code changes in MARSHALL Library in WSADIE.

Problem conclusion

Made code changes in MARSHALL Library in WSADIE to fix this
problem.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
