• When an application performs lookup of the same
  ObjectPoolManager from multiple threads the following warning
  can occur :

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When performing a lookup of the same    *
  *                      ObjectPoolManager from multiple         *
  *                      threads CWPMI0023W can occur            *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When performing a lookup of the same ObjectPoolManager from
  multiple threads, each lookup resulted in the creation of a
  different ObjectPoolManager object. Because of this there were
  attempts to register the same ObjectPoolMBeanName multiple
  times, causing the warning CWPMI0023W from Performance
  Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI). The issue was due to the
  ObjectPoolManagerFactory class returning a different
  ObjectPoolManager for each lookup of ObjectPoolManager.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ObjectPoolManagerFactory code has been updated such that
  it returns the same ObjectPoolManager.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.17  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
