Error description

Description : While migrating from WebSphere member manager
(WMM) to virtual member manager (VMM), the migration process
does not migrate the REALM paragraph, which is resulting in a
WIMExeption :

Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED:  All users of IBM WebSphere Application      *
*                  Server V6.1 and V7.0                        *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The REALM stanza was not getting        *
*                      populated after migration from WMM to   *
*                      VMM, Which was causing                  *
*                      NullPointerException.                   *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
REALM configuration was missing after migration from WebSphere
member manager (WMM) to virtual member manager (VMM),
which was leading to a NullPointerException in VMM calls.

Problem conclusion

The migration method was improved in order to resolve this
issue.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the
