    *                      deployment.xml became corrupted when    *
    * the test connection button is clicked. *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The test connection code added deployment targets to a list
    that were unnecessary and caused corruption of the in-memory
    deployment.xml. This keeps you from being able to uninstall
    your application.

Problem conclusion

  • Removed the extraneous code that was adding the duplicated
    deployment targets to the deployment.xml.

    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 7.0.0.15. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
