Error description

• In seemingly random circumstances, the following exception may
  cause other failures such as a RollbackException:
  
  CSCP0007E: An unexpected error occurred in method getCScope in
  class UserCompensationScopeImpl; the exception stack trace
  follows:

  The symptoms of this problem are not limited to the above
  exception, although in all cases, an FFDC will have been
  produced, possibly days before.  The probe IDs to which this

  Exceptions thrown at critical times (captured by FFDCs with the
  listed probe IDs) cause incomplete state to be set up on the
  thread.  The error handling of these exceptions did not
  adequately cleanup the incomplete state before the current
  thread was returned to the thread pool.  Subsequent uses of the
  thread in compensation service contexts could fail or produce
  unexpected errors.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR ensures that the error handling for the cases of the
  listed probe IDs correctly cleans up any incomplete state
  before the thread returns to the pool.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
