Error description

When using the JDBC mediator with optimistic concurrency and
multiple tables with multiple relationships between them, it is
possible to receive an OCCException when attempting to call
Mediator.applyChanges().

When using the JDBC mediator with optimistic concurrency control
and multiple relationships between two tables, it is possible to
encounter an OCCException because of an improperly structured
query. The code attempts to set parameters in the wrong position

Problem conclusion

The code will now set the correct parameters in all cases.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
