* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The plugin may fail to load on          *
*                      Solaris with a message that the         *
*                      setenv variable not found               *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The setenv api may not be available on Solaris operating
systems which prevents the plug-in from loading. This would
only be an issue if using SSL connections.

Problem conclusion

The api was changed to putenv which always exists on Solaris
operating systems.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
