Error description

An empty classloader object is not created for a war file that
was defined in the deployment.xml file of the enhanced ear file.

Local fix

In the deployment.xml of the enhanced ear, remove the <modules>
tags for the wars before deployment. After install the war will
have an empty class loader.

Installation of an enhanced ear with a deployment.xml file
specifying the web modules of the ear with no classloader
objects defined will result in web modules having no
classloader objects after the installation.

Problem conclusion

The code has been corrected to always create an empty
classloader for web modules if they did not already have one.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.39 and 7.0.0.19. Please refer to the
