Error description

• When armEnabled="true" is set in the plugin-cfg.xml, Microsoft
  Internet Information Services (IIS) crashes intermittently
  from heap corruption.

Local fix

• Set armEnabled="false" in plugin-cfg.xml.

  When using the IIS webserver, if you have plug-in configured
  and ARM enabled, you may get a crash if IIS is setup to log
  requests multiple times in its logfile.
  

Problem conclusion

• Before IIS logs an entry in its logfile for a request, it
  notifies the plugin so that final action can be made on the
  request. During this notification, plug-in would free memory
  associated with the request for ARM monitoring. When IIS
  notified plugin multiple times, a crash would occur on the
  subsequent notifications for the request because memory was
  freed twice. This has now been corrected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
