PM26912: SILENT INSTALL FAILS IF THERE ARE SPACES IN THE PATH FOR THE RESPONSE FILE

Error description

When using Update Installer (UPDI) silently, if the path of the
response file contains spaces, the installation will fail.

When installing Update Installer in silent mode, the
install.exe code will parse the install parameters incorrectly
if there are spaces in the path to the response file. It can
only identify the string before the space and as a result, the
installation will fail.

Problem conclusion

If there are spaces in the path of the response file, the
Update Installer now can handle the path correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
Update Installer 7.0.0.15.  Please refer to the Recommended
