  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When duplicate request detection for    *
  *                      revalidation is enabled, the proxy      *
  *                      server could delay normal requests.     *

  A proxy internal DRD flag gets incorrectly set, which causes
  proxy to suspend incoming requests for a few seconds until the
  RDR lookup timeout fired.
  

Problem conclusion

• The proxy internal flag is fixed in this APAR.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
