Error description

• If an application has utility classes which aren't
  packaged by jar file but are located one of classpaths, a
  Java 2 security violation is caught and SECJ0314W message is
  logged, even proper permissions are granted.

  When classes are located underneath classpath which is
  specified by class-path attribute in manifest file of ear
  package, these classes may not be granted proper permissions.
  These classes should be granted as same permissions as jar
  files.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, classes will be granted proper permissions.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
