Error description

• The cache instance can not be found when using a custom servlet
  cache instance.

Problem summary

  *                  "required" attribute.                       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Servlet caching may fail to cache the   *
  *                      output of a serlvet or JavaServer       *
  *                      Page (JSP).                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The caching engine obtains a reference to the servlet cache
  when determining whether to cache a fragment.  In rare
  circumstances obtaining the reference fails and a fragment is
  not cached.
  

Problem conclusion

• The cache lookup has been modified to ensure it will always
  succeed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 6.1.0.39 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
