• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When security is enabled the monitor role should not have access
  to the test connection button.

  The administrative console is not removing the Test connection
  button on the LDAP registry panel when the user is in a role
  other than administrator.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the administrative console logic to handle role
  definitions on the buttons displayed on detail panels such as
  the LDAP registry panel.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the Recommended
  Updates
