APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Enterprise apps deployed through business-level application
  (BLA) interfaces are distributed asynchronously.  The
  applications' binaries directories are updated on background
  threads instead of on the node sync thread.  This can result
  in race conditions if node sync operations occur in rapid
  succession.

  Enterprise applications imported as an asset and added to a
  business-level application (BLA) are not expanded
  synchronously. In a distributed cell, expansion occurs
  asynchronously after a node synchronization completes.
  Expansion will not necessarily be completed when the node
  synchronization is complete.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been corrected. Enterprise applications
  imported as an asset and added to a BLA are now expanded
  synchronously.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
