  when "wimGenerate=true" is set in
  <config:externalIdAttributes> in
  wimconfig.xml.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to set the appropriate attribute (specified
  as externalIdAttribute in wimconfig.xml)and its wimgenerated
  value during entity creation rather than setting the
  wimgenerated value as one of the attributes.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
