PM30700: SAML TOKEN FACTORY DOES NOT GIVE ORIGINAL ERROR INFORMATION

Error description

The SAML token factory is displaying a generic exception
instead of the root exception during a failed attempt to get a
SAML token. Code changes are needed to propagate original
exception to the user to help with problem determination.

When the SAMLTokenFactory encounters an error when creating a
new SAML token, a generic error is returned to the
application program.  The original cause of the error should
be returned to facilitate more effective problem determination.

Problem conclusion

The WS-Security SAMLTokenFactory method is updated to return
the actual errors that it encounters.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
