  The webserver plugin runs through several checks to determine
  affinity. It checks for cookie affinity, URL rewrites and then
  searches the partition table. A status code might have been
  set from earlier searches indicating that searching is
  complete when a server had not be selected.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the code to check whether a server has been selected
  or not regardless of the status indicator.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 6.1.0.39 and 7.0.0.17.  Please refer to the
  Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
