You will get an error message: "You cannot uninstall the PK1111 fix which is superseded by the installed package PK2222.". This problem also will happen in IM silent mode and the error will be reported. It is caused by the dependencies checker bundle incorrectly determining the supersede relationship between interim Fixes.

The fix will be available in the WebSphere Application Server fix pack 7.0.0.17, Feature Pack for Communications Enabled Applications 1.0.0.11, Feature Pack for OSGi/JPA 1.0.0.5, Feature Pack for Modern Batch 1.0.0.3, Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture 1.0.0.11, and Feature Pack for XML 1.0.0.9.
