Unable to return groupMembership control for a user on 2nd call
when caches are enabled.

Virtual Member Manager (VMM) can display groups belonging to a
specific user. However if this operation is performed twice,
then on second time groups are not displayed. This happens
when VMM caches are enabled.

The problem occurred because VMM had cached certain null
membership attributes when the first call was made to display
groups of a user. On the second call, these null attributes
were read from the cache and that altered the flow of code.

Problem conclusion

The fix involved checking for null membership attribute in VMM.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.39 and 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the
