*                      (WLM) issue as servers that become      *
*                      unroutable.                             *

This problem is, in general terms, caused by the core group
bridge dropping (that is, closing) one or more bulletin board
posts during a bridge rebuild (a bridge rebuild occurs
whenever a bridge is restarted in a core group). All users of
the hamanager bulletin board service are potentially impacted
by this problem, this includes (but not limited to) Work Load
Management (WLM), Data Replication Service (DRS), and Message
Engines (SIB/ME).

Problem conclusion

The fixes for this problem involved changes to the following
areas within core group bridge code: thread synchronization to
insure interbridge message order, initial post constraints,
subject hashcode collisions, and the introduction of a new
post-rebuild stale post cleanup algorithm.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.3, 7.0.0.23, and 6.1.0.43.  Please refer to the
