  to a WebSphere Application Server cell with a service
  integration bus (SIB) configuration created:

  When a DMZ Proxy is defined as SIP only, no HTTP, then the
  following error can occur.
  java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
  com.ibm.ws.sib.jfapchannel.impl.JFapChannelFactory
  Sip traffic will not work.  This is caused by the fact that
  the DMZ Proxy was not starting the UCFProxyService when HTTP
  was not active.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DMZ Proxy has been change to ensure the UCFProxyServic is
  started.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.15. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
