PM34501: SECURITYENABLED SET TO FALSE FOR IPC CONNECTOR INFO

Error description

ServerInfo code tries to get connection to server using IPC
local connector.  IPC properties have securityEnabled set to
true, but after failing with securityEnabled set to true also
tries with securityEnabled set to false.  Afterwards, the
properties for IPC connector have been updated to
securityEnabled of false.  This may impact future attempts to
use IPC connector.

The application server was killed or canceled, then later
restarted.
After application server restart, Nodeagent code attempts to
contact the application server using the IPC Connector but the
securityEnabled property is now changed to be false.
Nodeagent makes contact with another connector but an
SSLHandshakeError is generated in the application server log.

SSLHandshakeE E   SSLC0008E: Unable to initialize SSL
connection.  Unauthorized access was denied or security
settings have expired.  Exception is
javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message,
plaintext connection

Problem conclusion

During the handling of the killed or canceled application
server, the IPC connector properties were incorrectly modified.
The code has been changed to not modify the IPC connector
properties.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.19.
