SipServletRequest object to application even though it responds
481 response to UAC.

The SIP container is not checking if the Cancel request is
valid or not valid before passing it to the application.

Problem conclusion

A new custom property was added to the SIP container. When
enabled invalid Cancel requests (Cancel requests that arrive
after the invite transaction is already committed) are not
passed to the application code.

To enable the custom property you need to follow these steps:
1. login to the administrative console.
2. go to: Application servers > server1 > SIP container >
Custom properties
3. add new custom property:
name: com.ibm.ws.sip.forward.bad.cancel.to.app
value: false
4. press on save
5. recycle the server


The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
