com.ibm.ssl.disableEmptyCertificateExpi
rationNotification does not suppress
e-mail notification when there is no expiring certificates
found, and sends notification about it.  It should turn off
e-mail notification in this case.

Problem conclusion

Code was updated to fix the issue.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the Recommended
