APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) application calls
  Clone() based on p-asserted-identity header value, the tag
  parameter is removed incorrectly.  As a results the SIP
  container is rejecting the SIP application request INVITE with
  a 400 Bad Request error.

  Calling to clone on a header that has a tag parameter, will retu
  a copy of the header without the tag but might leave the ";"
  delimiter.
  

Problem conclusion

• Container code was fixed so that tag parameters will not be
  removed.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
