ServiceUnavailableException with LDAP error code 52 when UID
contains special characters =

In LdapRegistryImpl class, there is a method which examines
whether a given string is a distingush name or not. This code
returns true when a given string ends with an equal character
although it's not a distingushed name (DN) string. As a result,
although a given string is not a DN name, a LDAP search
request by using DN search filter is submitted which is
different from non DN search filter. As a result, a LDAP
server returns an error.

Problem conclusion

With this fix, the code was modified to exclude strings which
end with an equal charactor from treating as DN name.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19 and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
