Error description

When proxy caching DRD is enabled, some time requests could be
leaked to the backend server. The cause of the issue is that
there is a small window bewteen proxy updating its cache key
template and writing a response to the cache. If there is a
request for the same url which arrives in that time window, it
will not be able to find the cache entry and then sends the
requests to the backend server.

When proxy cache DRD feature is enabled, there are small
windows that requests for the same URL could pass through the
proxy server and be forwarded to the backend server instead of
being served from the proxy cache.

Problem conclusion

In this fix, several locking issues are fixed in the proxy
cache module to avoid duplicate requests being forwarded to
the backend server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19 and 8.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended
