Error description
When you install a WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Fix Pack after installing WebSphere Application Server Software Developer's Kit (SDK) Fix Pack that is a lower level than the WebSphere Application Server fix pack, some config actions which will rely on both the env var PATH and jvm under WAShome will fail.

Problem conclusion
The solution was to remove resetting the env var PATH and to use the absolute path to call javaw.exe or java.exe for Update Installer in update.bat. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 7.0.0.19.
