Error description

The existing classloader leak detection only detects leaks
for applications that were not dynamically stopped prior
to server shutdown.  If an application leaked its classloader
but was stopped prior to server shutdown, that leak would not
be detected.

Classloader leak detection is enabled by specifying the
following system property:
  -Dcom.ibm.ws.runtime.detectAppCLLeaks=true

The classloader detection feature in the application server
will detect leaked application classloaders during server
shutdown.  However, if the application was stopped prior to
shutting down the server, that application's classloader may
have been leaked, but would not be detected.

Problem conclusion

This APAR improves the classloader leak detection feature by
detected application classloaders that were stopped prior to
server shutdown.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.19 and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
