• The default bindings that are generated for the java:global
  scope for EJBs are incorrect.

  If the default bindings option is enabled during an install or
  update of an application, an EJB or local EJB reference
  defined with a java:global name is bound into the name space
  with an incorrect name. JNDI lookups on the name fail with
  NameNotFoundException.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been corrected.
