Error description

• When the EARExpander command is used to expand an enterprise
  archive file (EAR) containing no application deployment
  descriptor into a directory, it creates an application
  deployment descriptor in the directory when the EAR is
  expanded.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been fixed to correct the problem.
