Error description

This is a problem that may happen in a complex high
availability (HA) manager environment - Typically
resulting in servers becoming unroutable from a work
load manager perspective. In addition, incorrect
ODCTree status information may be propagated
between coregroups resulting in ODCInfo indicating
incorrect status of server clusters.

The condition resolved by this APAR is due to a bulletin board
user performing an unsubscribe followed rapidly by a subscribe
and post (same HAManager cache cycle). This causes the active
coordinator to loose track of the subscription, meaning updates
will no longer be provided to this subscriber. In this case
the WebSphere component using the HAManager bulletin board
service is the coregroup bridge. Typically this specific
timing condition is rare, but most often associated with
transparent bridge failover operations associated with a bridge
process starting or stopping.

Problem conclusion

Code has been corrected to resolve this timing issue.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.1, 7.0.0.19 and 6.1.0.41.  Please refer to the
