  The warning is due to missing a file required by the
  postinstaller. This failed the running of a pre-uninstall
  config action.
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue is resolved by adding the required file back so that
  the pre-uninstall config actions can be run successfully.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.10.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
