Error description

• An incoming Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) request for an
  invalidated session is sent to the application and causes the
  application to throw an IllegalStateException when accessing
  the session
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  When a session is already invalidated but still waits for an
  incoming response, it is not marked as invalidated. The SIP
  container is sending incoming SIP requests to the application
  in this state and when the application tries to access the SIP
  session an IllegalStateException is thrown.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SIP container is no longer sending requests for invalidated
  SIP sessions to the application. Instead, a 481 SIP response
  is sent automatically for such requests.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
