When the following custom property (only provided for
distributed UNIX systems by PM10362)
"com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.tolerateLocaleMismatchForServingFiles"
is set to true on z/OS WebSphere Application Server
then the requested JSP might not be served correctly.

Problem conclusion

JSP engine code has been updated to correctly serve the
requested JSP when the custom property
"com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.tolerateLocaleMismatchForServingFiles"
is set to true for z/OS WebSphere Application Server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.41 and 7.0.0.19.  Please refer to the
