• Java:module name space not deleted when module is stopped.
  This only applies to client modules configured as server
  deployed.

  Bindings in java:module name spaces are not removed when the
  definitions are removed. After a java:module definition is
  removed as the result of a module update, the binding is not
  removed from the module's java:module name space until the
  target server is restarted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module name spaces were not being removed and recreated as
  intended. The problem has been corrected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
