An error similar to the following will be seen:
    org.apache.aries.blueprint.container.BeanRecipe - Error
    invoking destroy method
    org.osgi.service.blueprint.container.ServiceUnavailableException
: The Blueprint container is being or has been destroyed at
    org.apache.aries.blueprint.container.ReferenceRecipe.getService(
    ReferenceRecipe.java:176)

Problem conclusion

  • Beans can depend on references and if they try to use
references in destroy methods, runtime exceptions occur. The
shutdown of references has been moved to after the beans are
    destroyed to prevent this.
