Error description

• WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus ( WESB ) 7.0.0.3 customers may
  experience reduced performance or thread locking when unknown
  or schema-invalid elements, attributes or types are
  encountered when validating an XML instance document.  This is
  because the XML Schema gets repeatedly loaded for each message
  and this load step is synchronized.

  A thread locking of the schema registry is needed when an
  invalid or unexpected component is encountered.  If the
  document contains multiple instances of this invalid data then
  the performance will drop significantly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The invalid or unexpected components are stored to avoid
  locking the schema registry after the first instance of this
  component is seen.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
