  When loading an XML document containing the invalid xsd:time
  value, performing stylesheet transformation will result in an
  error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The invalid data of type xsd:time when loaded from XML were
  not transformed and saved back to input stream properly. This
  is now corrected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
