  When an XML document is loaded into memory, the data with
  timezone information exists in the memory. However, when
  serializing the memory to XML, the timezone information is not
  serialized.
  

Problem conclusion

• When XML is loaded into memory, WebSphere Process Server
  requires a way to transform the data even when the data are
  valid and also writes the transformed data back into the input
  stream so the serialized XML will be the same as the memory.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
