Local fix
Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: IBM Business Process Manager and * * WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus * * customers using Lazy Parsing Mode. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A memory leak during SDO's * * copy-on-write support happened if the * * clean-up paths were never triggered. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** During certain scenarios the clean-up code inside SDO's copy-on-write support was never run. This meant that over time there was a leak of objects that were never released but no longer were needed.
Problem conclusion
The SDO copy-on-write support now ensures that unreferenced objects are reclaimed. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980
