  In some scenarios of fast-copy processing a code path was
  run which added a circular link in the object model. This
  cycle could potentially cause a server hang.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fast-copy processing was fixed to avoid entering any code
  paths that would add circular links in the object model.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
