Error description

• In certain list-handling situations, such as copying lists,
  some items might be lost during the synchronization between
  the object model and other extending layers.

  *                      incorrect state which caused list       *

  During certain processing of lists, such as copy, the state of
  the fast access stored list is incorrectly set and items are
  lost.
  

Problem conclusion

• The list stored inside the fast access framework is now
  properly processed and assigned the correct state.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
