By default, the inbound and outbound trusted realms specified
in the cell-level security configuration are not inherited by
domains. This is by design as a domain does not necessarily
need to trust all of the realms that the cell does. However,
the problem is there is no way to specify that the domain
should inherit the cell's trusted realm configuration.

Problem conclusion

Introduced a custom property for Security:
com.ibm.websphere.security.config.inherit.trustedRealms

When this property is set, the inbound and outbound trusted
realms configured in the cell-level security configuration
will be inherited by the domains.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.19 and 8.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
