*                      deleting a file from a workspace        *

The Java IOException or FileNotFoundException should not be
thrown to the caller when a file is deleted from a workspace
because the file does not exist in the workspace after it is
removed.

Problem conclusion

The java IOException or FileNotFoundException is expected when
a file is deleted from the workspace because the worspace
_save file does not exist in the workspace after it is
removed.  It is a bug in the workspace code and now it will not
throw the IOException or FileNotFoundException back to the
caller when a file is removed from workspace.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the
