enabled by default.

In some cases Pretest optimization can cause extra load to the
database that cause database failure.

Problem conclusion

Added datasource custom property to overide the defualt
pretest optimization.

Setting value to true , sets off the pretest optimization.
Default is false. So by defualt the optimization is turned on.

Resources > JDBC > Configured_JDBC_Provider >DataSource. Click
the name of the data source for which you want to set this
property, and then under Additional Properties, click Custom
properties > New.

NAME                                   Possible Values

defaultPretestOptimizationOverride      true/false

Value set to true : Turns off the pretest optimization.
Value set to false: Turns on the pretest optimization
Default value : false
