Error description

The Customer uses traditional Chinese (zh-tw) to operate the Web
GUI,but finds some simplified Chinese (zh-cn).

This issue is regarding the Admin page from the WebSphere
Application Server GUI and the Chinese character set. The
WebUI is utilizing traditional Chinese (zh-tw) to operate the
Web GUI , but within the customer's "WIM Group Management"
window, they can find only simplified Chinese (zh-cn) characters
present which should not be the case.

The WebUI is utilizing traditional Chinese (zh-tw) to operate
the Web GUI , but within the customer's "WIM Group Management"
window, they can find only simplified Chinese (zh-cn)
characters
present.

Problem conclusion

To resolve this issue we added a method to find Country and
language code and display accordingly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.43 and 7.0.0.21.  Please refer to the
