Problem description:

Customer used AdminApp.isAppReady to check the status of
their applications in their wsadmin scripts. When they updated
their applications, they found AdminApp.isAppReady returned
"true" even when the expansion really failed.

After an application is updated, saved to the master
repository, and synchronized to the node, the AdminApp
isAppReady command returns a value of true to indicate that
the application has been distributed even when the
distribution encountered an error.

Problem conclusion

The problem has been corrected to return the correct value.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.21 and 8.0.0.2.  Please refer to the
