Local fix

Problem summary

  Changes to the configuration code for WebSphere MQ connection
  factories in version 7 cause factory properties which were
  introduced after version 5 to be propogated to a version 5
  node, even without the user specifying them.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been altered to ensure that only properties
  suitable for a version 5 node are passed during the creation
  of a WebSphere MQ connection factory if that resource is
  destined for a version 5 node.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 7.0.0.21.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
